This Mid-Autumn Festival, in addition to iBakery’s signature traditional mooncakes, we are launching CookEasy’s comfort care mooncakes (IDDSI level 4), allowing everyone to share blessings and deliciousness with friends and family who have swallowing difficulties.

In addition, we also launched a single piece of moon cake, and two Mid-Autumn Festival gift hampers which contain mooncakes, cookies, and selected delicacies. They are suitable for corporate customers to gift their business partners and staffs, to share the joy of the festive.

Sister social enterprise – CookEasy has also launched comfort care mooncakes (IDDSI level 4). The mooncake crust is made from pumpkin puree, which is rich in fiber and suitable for the elderly and those with health issues. The combination of salted duck egg yolk and sweet red bean paste allows individuals with swallowing difficulties to enjoy the festive flavors.

Comfort Care Food – Mooncake (IDDSI 4, Frozen Product)
The mooncake crust is made from pumpkin puree, rich in fiber, making it suitable for the elderly and individuals with weak constitutions. The combination of salted duck egg yolk and sweet red bean paste allows those with swallowing difficulties to enjoy the festive flavors.

Storage Method: Store in a -18℃ freezer.
Thawing Method: Place the product in its original packaging in a 0-4℃ refrigerator the day before consumption (approximately 24 hours).
Heating Method: Place the thawed product in its original packaging into a steamer and heat to 75℃ or above for consumption (reference heating time: 9 minutes). If not consumed immediately after heating, the product must be kept at a temperature of 60℃ or above before consumption.
