7. Delivery service will be suspended during Black Rainstorm Signals or Typhoon Signal No. 8. Our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Ordering Guidelines
1. Orders must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance. The menu and final head count must be confirmed, and full payment must be settled, 1 week prior to the event.
2. Once an order is accepted, no changes or refunds are permitted.

Delivery Fees
1. Free Delivery: Free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories for orders of $6,500 or above (excluding Outlying Islands and remote areas).
2. Tiered Delivery Fees (Orders between $4,000–$6,499):
– Hong Kong Island: $250
– Kowloon: $350
– New Territories: $500
3. Self-Pick Up: Orders below $4,000 must be picked up directly at the restaurant.
4. Special Handling: Additional charges apply for multiple delivery locations or stair-carry services (please specify in the order notes for a custom quotation).

Cancellation & Rescheduling (Confirmed Catering Services)
1. 3 working days prior to delivery: Subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the total order amount.
2. 2 working days prior to delivery: Subject to an administrative fee of 30% of the total order amount.
3. 1 working day prior to delivery: Subject to an administrative fee of 50% of the total order amount.

Severe Weather & “Extreme Conditions” Arrangements
1. Typhoon Signal No. 3 / Red Rainstorm Warning: Operations and deliveries will proceed as normal. Customers are advised to monitor weather conditions; if schedule adjustments are needed, please contact staff at least 2 working days in advance.
2. Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning: All catering delivery services will be suspended.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Customers may postpone their order once, which must be fulfilled within 6 months. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
4. Resumption of Service: Normal operations will resume within 3 hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered. Unless notified otherwise by the customer, deliveries will proceed as scheduled once warnings are lifted.
